MUMBAI : The 86-year-old Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital on Monday following a deterioration in his health.
Earlier in the day, Tata had reassured the public that he was undergoing routine medical investigations due to his age and related medical conditions. However, his condition has taken a turn for the worse, and he is currently receiving intensive care.
The Tata Group’s headquarters, Bombay House, has confirmed that Tata is in a serious condition.
