Muscat: The event, held under the patronage of Brigadier (Doctor) Abdulmalik bin Sulaiman Al Kharousi, Assistant Chairman for Supplies and Support Affairs, emphasized the vital role of accurate diagnosis in ensuring patient safety.
The celebration, which took place at the Military and Security Services Retirement Fund, highlighted the global significance of improving diagnostic practices to enhance patient outcomes. During the event, the Head of the Quality and Patient Safety Department underlined the importance of dedicating a day to patient safety, stressing the need to uphold the highest standards of healthcare and provide the best medical services to safeguard patients.
A series of lectures focused on the crucial role of timely and correct diagnoses in maintaining patient safety. Speakers discussed how this year’s slogan promotes global solidarity to improve healthcare safety and strengthen leadership in the health sector.
