Muscat – This initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to integrate the national road system with the Khazaen Economic Zone.

The newly constructed road links span approximately 7 kilometers and include various entrances and exits designed to facilitate traffic flow between Khazaen Economic City and the Al Batinah Expressway.
The project is expected to significantly enhance traffic management, providing easier access to and from Khazaen Economic City. In addition to improving connectivity, the new links will stimulate the logistics system, further integrating it with the Sultanate’s main road network and promoting economic growth in the region.
