Muscat: His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, Minister of Health has praised the efforts taken by both citizens and expats in combating the spread of coronavirus in the country.
“You have all sacrificed a lot since the beginning of the outbreak, both Omanis and expats , and I hope that your sacrifices will not be in vain,” Al Saidi said.
However, the Minister said the virus is still aggressive and urged people to stay away from gatherings. “We know that people are starting to get bored and tired of staying in their homes, but going out does not mean going out for gatherings, banquets, weddings and not to take care as the virus is still spreading,” Al Saidi added.
