MUSCAT: His Excellency Dr. Omar Al Zawawi, who served as the Special Advisor for External Liaison to late Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, has passed away on Saturday.
Dr. Omar Al Zawawi was also the founder of OMZEST, one of the largest family business groups in the country.
