MUSCAT: Ministry of Health has started the coronavirus testing for citizens and residents in Wilayat Muttrah on Friday.
The medical test was conducted in Muttrah Health Centre. According to the statement issued by MOH, the testing will be done daily until further notice. “The assigned medical team will continue testing on a daily basis till further notice,” the statement said.
Wilayat Muttrah is considered to be the epicenter of coronavirus. According to the His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, Minister of Health, 206 cases were reported on Thursday from Muttrah alone.
