MUSCAT: Motorists must carry civil/resident ID cards and business card at all times starting from Wednesday, according to Sultan’s Armed Forces.
This comes after the Sultan’s Armed Forces and Royal Oman Police activated checkpoints at entrances and exits of all governorates in order to control and monitor the movement of all citizens and residents which will help to combat the spread of coronavirus in the country.
“The Sultan’s Armed Forces calls upon motorists (both citizens and residents) to carry their civil, resident, work cards and to cooperate with the military and security services,” the statement added.
