Ministry of Health also clarified on an old video of a news bulletin of Oman TV that is being currently circulated claiming that there are a number of deaths from the emerging coronavirus in the country. Ministry has refuted this video and urged people to stop spread rumours. “There are no deaths from coronavirus cases reported in Oman,” Ministry said.

“MOH urges all to not to pay attention to rumours and to take the information from its relaiable source,” the statement added.
