MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has warned citizens and residents against displaying used cars for sale in undesignated areas.
According to ROP, any such acts will invite legal troubles and the car will be forced to be towed away at the owner’s expense. “Displaying vehicle for sale in undesignated areas is considered a violation of the traffic law, ” ROP said on Monday.
The Muscat Municipality had earlier advised citizens and residents against displaying their vehicles for sale in public places.
