Muscat: Light rain hit parts of the country on Saturday night with weathermen forecasting more showers for the next coming days in the UAE.
While capital Muscat received light showers early in the evening, Nizwa and Rustaq witnessed heavy rainfall, which led to overflowing of wadis.
The Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) has also said that the temperature will reduce further due to the active northwesterly winds during the next two days.
