Doha: Oman women’s cricket team lost to Kuwait by 7-wickets in the final of the Quadrangular Twenty20 tournament in Doha on Wednesday.
Oman women’s team were playing their first ever final of an ICC tournament. Batting first Oman set a modest target of 93 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Kuwait reached the target and won the title with seven wickets to spare. Oman team was led by Vaishali Jesrani.
