Muscat – The Royal Decrees read as follows:
Royal Decree No. 13/2024 on amending some provisions of the State of Emergency Law.
Article 1 states that the amendments attached to this decree shall be applied to the State of Emergency Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2008.
Royal Decree No. 14/2024 determines the specializations of the Ministry of Social Development and approves its Organizational Structure.
Article 1 stipulates that the specializations of the Ministry of Social Development shall be determined in accordance with Annex No. 1 attached to this decree.
Article 2 endorses the Organizational structure of the Ministry of Social Development in accordance with Annex No. 2 attached to this decree.
Article 3 cancels Royal Decree No. 32/2003 on determining the specializations of the Ministry of Social development and approving its organizational structure. It also cancels all that contradicts this decree or contravenes its provisions.
Royal Decree No. 15/2024 on appointing a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome.
Article 1 appoints HH Sayyid Nizar bin Al Julanda bin Majid Al Said, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Italian Republic as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome.
Royal Decree No. 16/2024 on appointing a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Digital Cooperation Organization in Riyadh.
Article 1 appoints HH Sayyid Faisal bin Turki bin Mahmoud Al Said, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the Digital Cooperation Organization in Riyadh.
