Muscat: This October, Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel is honouring Breast Cancer Awareness Month in true palatial style. To help raise funds for breast cancer research, the luxury resort will be hosting a special Pink Afternoon Tea, indulging guests in an array of rosy-hued teas and treats. Available every day throughout the month, OMR 1 from every sale will be donated to breast cancer awareness and research in Oman.
Set in the glorious Atrium Lobby, Afternoon Tea lovers will be treated to an abundance of locally-inspired delicacies with a pink twist, specially created for the occasion. A selection of savoury bites will be served including Pomegranate goat cheese mousse with walnut, Cucumber, raspberry cream cheese toast, Grilled vegetable and beetroot hummus wrap, Smoked salmon crème fraiche in beetroot crepe, and Turkey ham and Swiss brioche. Sweetness also abounds with Pink Vanilla Rose Scones, Ispahan Rose tea cake, Vanilla Club, Valrhona Almond Chocolate Inspiration Lollypop with yuzu, Pinky Strawberry, Vanilla Mascarpone and pear pearl, and Raspberry Tourbillion Tart.
