Muscat: The Order has been bestowed in appreciation of His Excellency’s efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Order was handed over by H.H. Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs.
