MUSCAT: The ministry said the inspections form part of its continued efforts to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and support a safe and stable work environment.
The inspection campaign recorded 10,873 beneficiaries, while 1,739 awareness visits were conducted to raise awareness of occupational safety and health practices among workers and employers.
According to the ministry’s reported results, 90 people were affected in cases recorded during the inspection activities, while 66 reports were received.
