MUSCAT : The TRA said it will cease receiving and handling complaints related to postal services following the transfer of responsibilities.
Beneficiaries can submit postal service complaints through the Ministry’s Tajawob platform or via its official communication channels.
The authority urged beneficiaries to direct future postal service complaints to the ministry through the designated channels.
