Muscat: According to data released by Credit Oman, Muscat Governorate accounted for the largest share of insured local sales, reaching RO 120 million. The value of credit ceilings granted in the governorate stood at RO 53.636 million, representing 58 per cent of the total insured sales value.
North Al Batinah Governorate ranked second, recording insured local sales worth RO 18.869 million. The governorate received credit ceilings amounting to RO 10.7 million, accounting for 11 per cent of the total insured sales.
Dhofar Governorate secured third place, with insured local sales valued at RO 16.669 million, while credit ceilings granted reached RO 9.907 million.

In Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, insured sales amounted to RO 11.906 million, with credit ceilings standing at approximately RO 6.5 million.
Meanwhile, the combined value of insured local sales in the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah and North Al Sharqiyah exceeded RO 9 million, while credit ceilings granted surpassed RO 5 million.
Al Dhahirah Governorate recorded insured sales worth RO 3.2 million, with credit ceilings amounting to RO 1.4 million.
