MUSCAT : Oman crude oil prices climbed sharply on Friday, with the official price for November delivery reaching $121.89 per barrel, according to Oman News Centre.

The price rose by $2.59, or about 2.2%, from $119.30 per barrel on Thursday.

The increase comes amid elevated oil prices in international markets, where traders continue to assess global supply conditions, geopolitical developments and the outlook for energy demand.

Oman crude serves as a key Middle East benchmark for oil exports to Asia, with its pricing closely watched by producers and traders across the region.

At $121.89 a barrel, the latest price marks another strong session for Oman crude as volatility continues across global energy markets.
