MUSCAT – According to the official announcement, the project covers a total area of 28,699 square metres and includes the development of associated services to support visitors and enhance the overall destination experience.
The governorate stated that the investment period will span 25 years, providing long-term opportunities for private sector participation. This includes a grace period of two years and six months allocated for construction.
