MUSCAT – In an awareness message, the hospital reminded drivers that improper parking around the hospital buildings could expose them to traffic penalties. It encouraged visitors to instead use the free parking facilities at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex and take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service provided to and from the hospital.
The hospital said the arrangement is intended to ensure smoother traffic flow, reduce congestion in the surrounding area, and improve access for patients and emergency cases, while also saving visitors both time and money.
