MUSCAT : The initiative was inaugurated under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohammed Zaabnoot, Wali of Adam, and in the presence of several officials. It featured an awareness seminar, specialised working papers, and educational presentations aimed at strengthening consumer knowledge and promoting safe shopping practices.
The CPA stated that the programme is a part of its broader efforts to enhance consumer culture, build community responsibility, and raise awareness of rights and obligations in the marketplace.
The Authority pointed out that the initiative supports its strategy of fostering partnerships and expanding outreach activities to ensure a safe and sustainable consumer environment, in line with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
