The ministry is inviting sealed bids from eligible contractors under International Competitive Bidding procedures in accordance with IsDB’s Procurement Guidelines, which cover conflict-of-interest policies and project financing rules. Interested parties can obtain further details and inspect bidding documents from the Department of Dams in Al-Khuwair, Muscat, during office hours.
Bidding documents are available in English for a non-refundable fee through the Esnad e-tendering platform, and all bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline specified on the website. Late or physically delivered bids will not be accepted.
All submissions must be accompanied by a bid security of RO 300,000, issued by a reputable financial institution in Oman. Joint ventures are required to include all members in the bid security, and unregistered contractors can register through Esnad to participate in the tender.
