MUSCAT : The operation, carried out by judicial officers from the Consumer Protection Department in Ibra, resulted in the confiscation of the expired cosmetics and the issuance of a violation report against the establishment.
Authorities said legal action was taken immediately, with the case referred to the Public Prosecution and subsequently to the Ibri Primary Court. The court convicted two defendants, imposed financial penalties, ordered the confiscation of the seized items, and required them to pay court costs.
