MUSCAT – The tender titled ‘Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Call Center Operations Contract’ is open to local institutions that are authorised by the authority. Companies interested in participating must submit their bids no later than 13 April 2026 via the Nafath electronic procurement platform.
The authority stated that the tender documents and the associated terms of reference are available free of charge through the Nafath platform until the specified deadline.
Bidders are required to ensure that their submitted offers remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission, and that all proposals are filed in accordance with the deadline and requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
The authority also noted that preference in awarding the contract will be given to companies offering higher Omanisation rates and a greater share of procurement from national products.
