MUSCAT – The meeting comes as part of a series of consultations by the Minister in recent days to review developments related to the ongoing Israeli-American conflict with the Islamic Republic of Iran and its potential repercussions on the interests of regional states.
During the discussions, His Excellency highlighted the Sultanate of Oman’s perspective, highlighting the need for joint Arab action and the use of political and diplomatic pressure to halt the conflict and mitigate its harmful effects. He underscored the importance of protecting regional stability and ensuring the safety of peoples across the Arab world.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Ambassador-at-Large, His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Harthi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, and His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Omar Al Marhoon, Head of the Foreign Ministry’s Arab Department.
