MUSCAT – Passengers can change their departure dates free of charge to any new travel date up to 29 March 2026 while maintaining the original duration of stay. The airline also allows rerouting, applying the unused value of tickets toward new bookings to any global destination, provided reissues are completed by March 29.
For passengers with original travel dates on or before March 8, 2026, full refunds of unused tickets are available through the Oman Air website via the Manage Booking portal. Partially used tickets may also be refunded accordingly. Guests who booked through travel agents or third-party websites are advised to contact their providers directly.
Oman Air cautioned travellers of high call volumes and encouraged those not departing within the next 48 hours to review or adjust bookings closer to their departure date through the online portal.
