MUSCAT : The Authority stated that several consumers reported delays in the execution of agreed-upon services. Investigations found that the establishment failed to fulfil its contractual obligations within the specified timeframes and did not comply with agreements concluded with the Authority’s concerned officials, despite receiving repeated warnings.
In response, the Authority took the necessary legal measures and referred the case to the Public Prosecution. The Public Prosecution subsequently issued a decision to close the establishment and suspend its commercial activities pending adjudication of the cases filed against it.
The Authority confirmed that additional legal procedures are currently underway against the firm.
