MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a royal decree appointing a new member to the State Council, state media said on Monday.
Royal Decree No. 23/2026 appoints Dr. Mansour bin Saif bin Khamis Al Manthri as a member of the council.
The decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will take effect from the date of its issuance, according to the Oman News Agency.
