MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has appointed Dr. Jokha bint Abdullah bin Hamoud Al Shukaili as Chairperson of the Oman Authority for Education Quality Assurance, while retaining her existing rank and financial status, according to an official decree.
