MUSCAT – The initiative comes as part of OCCI’s ongoing efforts to streamline member transactions, promote digital transformation, and enhance service quality.
The Chamber explained that the survey seeks feedback on key electronic services currently offered to members, including the issuance and renewal of membership certificates, issuance of certificates of origin, and attestations. These services are designed to allow members to complete their transactions efficiently and remotely, without the need to visit OCCI branches in person.
OCCI stated that the survey will help gather insights and suggestions from members, ensuring that the services continue to meet their needs and expectations.
