MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday issued Royal Decree No. 104/2025.
Under the decree, His Highness Sayyid Loay bin Ghalib Al Said has been appointed Secretary-General of the Diwan of Royal Court, with the rank of Special Grade.
The decree also appoints His Highness Sayyid Nader bin Al Julanda Al Said as Advisor at the Diwan of Royal Court, while retaining his current grade and financial allocations.
