Muscat: The launch aligns with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism’s vision to promote sustainable investments and elevate the tourism experience across Oman’s coastal regions.

Talal bin Humaid Al-Khasibi, Director General of Heritage and Tourism in Dhofar, described the resort as a “qualitative addition” to the governorate’s hospitality sector. “This project reflects the successful integration of public and private efforts, providing not just luxury accommodations, but also employment opportunities and support for local SMEs,” he noted. Emphasizing its cultural resonance, Al-Khasibi praised the resort’s design for incorporating elements of local identity and Mirbat’s coastal charm.

The Arabian Sea Resort boasts 60 rooms with diverse sea and garden views, alongside high-end accommodation options such as sea-view suites and private villas with pools. Families are also catered to with specially designed rooms and a range of recreational features.

Guests can enjoy a full suite of amenities, including adult and children’s swimming pools, a marine activity hub, a dedicated adventure zone for children, and fully-equipped meeting rooms for business travelers. Additional services like 24-hour room service and free parking enhance the convenience and comfort of visitors.

Architecturally, the resort stands out with a design inspired by Omani heritage, offering a seamless blend of authenticity, modern comfort, and the coastal environment that defines Mirbat.
