MUSCAT : Varsha Roy will speak on the panel titled ‘Power of Women in Business’, part of a dynamic programme designed to spotlight female leadership and innovation.

With a career spanning roles at leading global institutions, including Goldman Sachs, and holding an MBA in Finance, Varsha brings both strategic insight and values-driven leadership to the conversation. At Adlife Hospital, she leads the financial strategy with a strong emphasis on integrity, service, and community impact — viewing her role as more than managing numbers, but as a mission to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Organised by The Arabian Stories (TAS), the HerStory Summit, themed ‘Leading the Charge’, is expected to be a landmark event. It will bring together influential Omani women, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and changemakers from across the region to discuss the evolving role of women in shaping Oman’s economic and social future.

The summit will feature a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions exploring leadership, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, innovation, and the creative economy. In addition to ‘Power of Women in Business,’ the agenda also includes the ‘Ambassador’s Forum: Shaping Change Beyond Borders’, and ‘Women in Leadership’.
