MUSCAT : Victoria Cuthbert Al Rawas, Manager of Corporate Communications at Oman Air, will lead the dialogue on “Women in Leadership: Shaping Tomorrow” at the HerStory Oman Summit & Awards 2025, to be held on October 15 under the patronage of Her Highness Sayyida Dr. Basma Al Said.
 
A seasoned communications and public relations strategist, Victoria has lived in Oman for more than 15 years and has worked with several major local and international organisations. Her leadership reflects a passion for purposeful storytelling, strategic communication, and empowering voices through dialogue.
 
At the HerStory Summit, Victoria will guide an inspiring conversation featuring women leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, exploring how leadership, inclusion, and vision are driving transformation across Oman’s social and economic landscape.
