MUSCAT – The room serves as a leading experiment aimed at enabling patients to undergo minor surgeries directly at the clinic, without having to be transferred to the Main Operating Room.
The procedure cuts down waiting time and eases pressure on operating rooms that are designated to deal with complex surgical interventions.
The minor operating room has been established in accordance with top safety and security standards to ensure proper patient care and avoid the risk of surgical site infections. It is also supervised by a team of experienced medical and nursing personnel.
