MUSCAT – The visit, a part of the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to monitoring progress and strengthening collaboration with various economic sectors, was aimed at fostering direct communication with the private sector and supporting efforts to develop Oman’s national workforce.
His Excellency’s tour included stops at Oman Pharmaceuticals Company, Oman Gulf Food Company, and the Evergreen Gulf Recycling Center LLC, where he was briefed on operational challenges and opportunities currently facing these organisations.
During the visits, His Excellency reaffirmed the Ministry’s support for private sector enterprises and underscored the government’s commitment to providing an enabling environment that promotes sustainable job opportunities.

He also stressed the Ministry’s keenness to support companies in employing national cadres and enabling them to contribute effectively to the labour market
The visits also served as a platform to enhance direct communication between the Ministry and the private sector, and identify the needs of companies, while advancing shared goals of economic diversification and human resource development.
