MUSCAT –The agreement was signed by Ibrahim bin Hamad Al Balushi, Vice Chairman of the Federation’s Board of Directors, and Saeed bin Salem Al Salmi, General Manager of Human Resources and Work Culture at OMIFCO.

The cooperation agreement outlines several core areas of collaboration, including:
• Cooperation in concluding collective labour agreements.
• Joint participation in international events and platforms, to benefit from pioneering global models in labour relations and capacity development of national cadres.
• Implementation of awareness and educational programmes in line with the requirements of the labour market and economic developments.
