Muscat : The agreement was signed by His Excellency Majid bin Said Al Bahri, Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry, alongside Saud bin Hamad Al Waili, CEO of Al Batinah Power Company, and Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Rawahi, CEO of Al Suwadi Power Company.
