MUSCAT: Since the beginning of 2025 to May end, the Ministry of Labour conducted 59 awareness visits to private sector establishments across Dhofar Governorate. These visits targeted 167 employees working in various sectors, focusing on educating them about the provisions of the Labour Law, its implementing regulations and decisions, and the importance of adhering to these laws and regulations in the workplace.
Outcomes of the visits included the exchange of experiences with private sector entities, enhanced cooperation between the Ministry and businesses, and increased awareness among workers about their legal rights and duties.
