Muscat – Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority’s (CDAA) department in South Al Batinah responded to the call, but tragically, both individuals were recovered deceased from the wadi.
The CDAA confirmed the fatalities and emphasized the dangers of swimming in natural water formations that are not designated for public use. In an official statement, the Authority urged all citizens and residents to refrain from swimming in unauthorized areas to avoid tragic drowning accidents
