Alizz Islamic Bank celebrates the graduation of the fourth batch of the ‘Ruwad Alizz’ leadership programme

MUSCAT : Alizz Islamic Bank recently celebrated the graduation of the fourth batch of the Ruwad Alizz Leadership Development Programme. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Ali Al Mani, CEO of Alizz Islamic Bank, members of executive management and strategic partners. The course conceptualised in collaboration with Harvard ManageMentor, from the prestigious Harvard University, aims to develop future leaders.

A group of 41 delegates successfully completed the Ruwad Alizz programme bridging candidates from both the government institutions and the private sector establishments.

Ruwad Alizz is a six month program that included a group of exceptional leadership guest speakers, who shared their expereinces and professional guidnance . This provided a unique opportunity for participants to learn from diverse leadership styles, which is essential for future success. The programme’s philosophy is based on the belief that personal growth is driven by the accumulation of experiences from individuals, societies and various organisations.

Speaking about the graduation ceremony, Sumaya Al Nabhani, Head of Learning & Development of Alizz Islamic Bank said, “At Alizz Islamic Bank we are focused on collectively serving our beloved country and continuously striving to develop future leaders in alignment with Oman’s Vision 2040. Ruwad Alizz is a comprehensive programme in which employees of other institutions are also invited to participate to maximise its benefits. The participants’ progress is closely monitored through a specific system that evaluates their performance. The programme includes exploring and self-inquiring on various topics related to leadership. This brings the number of graduates of the Ruwad Alizz Leadership Development programme to over 135 graduates overall from various government and private sector institutions, in addition to Alizz Islamic Bank employees.
