MUSCAT : The meeting facilitated friendly discussions focusing on the progress of bilateral relations and explored avenues for further development to serve the mutual interests of Oman and Afghanistan.
The Chargé d’Affaires of the Afghan Embassy in Muscat was also present during the meeting.
Following that, His Excellency General Al Nu’amani received Lieutenant General Qais Saad Al Ameri, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Oman. The meeting focused on enhancing the existing cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and Iraq. Key regional and international issues of mutual concern were also addressed.



His Excellency General Al Nu’amani also met with His Excellency Florin Marius Tacu, the outgoing Ambassador of Romania to Oman.
The Royal Affairs Minister praised the Ambassador’s efforts to strengthen the ties between Oman and Romania during his tenure. He extended his best wishes for the Ambassador’s future endeavours. In turn, Ambassador Marius expressed his pride and appreciation for the cooperation he experienced during his time in Oman, highlighting the robust bilateral relations between the two countries.
