Muscat: Opened by Her Excellency Halima bint Rashid Al Zar’i, Chairperson of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, the event is set to run for three days, drawing attention to the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
Organized by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development and the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the exhibition features 22 student companies from across Oman’s educational governorates. This central exhibition aims to showcase student-driven innovations in technology and entrepreneurship, offering a platform for young minds to present their creative solutions.
Zahran bin Nasser Al-Maghdari, Assistant Director of the Department of Career Guidance for Studies and Entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Education, emphasized that the exhibition is a part of ongoing efforts to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship within the student community.

In addition to showcasing innovative student companies, the event features several workshops targeting career guidance specialists, students, and entrepreneurs. Topics include strategies for innovation and growth, as well as economic feasibility studies for students venturing into artificial intelligence-driven entrepreneurship. The workshops also aim to prepare students for regional and international competitions, with an evaluation process set to determine the best student companies.
The event also includes a forum focused on critical thinking, effective teaching, and the application of AI in education. Experts in career guidance will participate, aiming to strengthen the development of entrepreneurial skills and contribute to the creation of a generation poised to lead Oman’s future business landscape.
