Muscat: In a recent statement, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to avoiding further escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.
Earlier, he had also stressed that the US is dedicated to working towards a peaceful and diplomatic solution in the region, as Israeli forces ramp up airstrikes on Lebanese targets.
