MUSCAT : In response to widely shared audio, video clips, and text messages on social media about the spread of specific nationalities roaming residential neighbourhoods, the Royal Oman Police has confirmed that most of the reports are untrue.
The police urged the public to refrain from spreading false news and contributing to the spread of misinformation. Authorities reminded citizens and residents to rely on official sources for accurate updates and to avoid the circulation of unverified information that could cause unnecessary concern.
