AdLife hospital will be conducting Antenatal Classes for the expecting mother, which will help them and their partners to prepare mentally and physically for a positive birthing experience.  This will help the couples to cope with the changes in the body and mind of the pregnant woman.  In these classes, topics covered are care during pregnancy, travel during pregnancy, pain management during pregnancy and delivery, diet advice, new-born care and exercises during pregnancy.  Our team of Obstetrics & Gynaecologist, Anaesthesiologist, Neonatologist, Paediatrician and Physiotherapist will be there to guide the mother.

These classes are held to help them understand the process of birth and how to prepare for labor and delivery.  These classes help mothers to interact with other pregnant women, share their thoughts and discuss common issues.  Also it is a place where there are some fun activities for the expecting mothers to make their journey of motherhood more enjoyable.
