Recharge your body with an assortment of delectable and healthy homemade protein shakes. We have curated a couple of recipes that you quickly whip up after your workout sesh! (Psst.. you needn’t bother with any protein powder)

Peanut Butter Oats Shake

Preparation time: 15 mins


2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp oats

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 banana

½ cup yogurt

½ cup milk

Throw all the ingredients in a blender and give it a good swirl. 

Feel free to add a dollop of peanut butter or garnishing of your choice just before your drink up this power-packed drink.

Avocado Chocolate Shake

Preparation time: 15 mins


1 ripe avocado

1 banana, frozen

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 pieces of dark chocolate

1 cup milk

Add the chopped avocado, banana, and dark chocolate to a blender and blitz it until smooth.

Drizzle some chocolate shavings as a garnish right before you serve. Beat the summer heat with this chilled protein powerhouse.
