MUSCAT: The Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries, Water and Water Resources has confirmed that prices for vegetables and fruits in the markets continue to remain stable.
Ahead of Eid Al Fitr, officials from the ministry and Consumer Protection Authority have visited Central Fruits and Vegetables Market in Muscat, and Sohar. “Specialists, in cooperation with their officials in the Consumer Protection Authority, visited the Central Market for Vegetables and Fruits in Muscat and Sohar in order to find out the movement of the markets in terms of the availability of local and imported agricultural products and to ensure price stability for consumers ahead of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.”
