MUSCAT : The Sultanate of Oman was ranked with the best quality of education for the year 2021 among the Arab countries, according to the index published by US News magazine.
The Sultanate ranked 62nd globally, and ranked with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco and Jordan as the best Arab countries in the field of education.
The Sultanate of Oman maintained its rank of 62nd globally for the second year in a row. The indicator was based on 3 main factors, namely the development of the public education system, the extent of a person’s desire to enroll in a university in the country, and the quality of education.

The United States of America topped the index, followed by Britain, followed by Germany, and Canada.
