MUSCAT: 14 expats have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) on charges gathering and gambling in Wilayat Barka.
In a statement issued, ROP said: ”The Police Command of South Al Batinah Governorate arrested 14 foreigners in the act of gathering and gambling in the Wilayat of Barka, and the case is under process.”
